I have no idea. It just came to me one day. As if I simply needed to leave a trace. These are modest creations that I had fun making. No pretence on my part about my technique, my inspirations, my tastes... that's my business.

There may be. I don't mind selling T-shirts, illustrations, etc... what I don't want are specific requests. Don't count on me to make anything you want. I don't ask anything from anyone, if you're interested in something I'll be happy to give it to you, but what you see is what you get.

Nothing revolutionary, nor very expensive. The only tool that has cost me the most is my Ipad (8th generation) and my Apple Pencil. I bought a Procreate licence and that was enough to keep me happy.

A few colours are scattered here and there if you look hard enough. But for me, black and white drawing is fascinating. One of my favourite illustrators is the Frenchman Marc-Antoine Mathieu, whose work has literally hypnotised me. The play of shadows and contrast is ultimately very difficult when you're forced to work in monochrome. The Inktober challenge helped me get fully into this exercise.
